What’s real, and what’s false? What’s true, and what’s fiction? These are the questions that plague writers– and the rest of us– time and time again.
This month’s Syllable Series will focus on the Bogus in our lives: the lies and deceptions we tell, tolerate, or tear apart. And since Halloween is right around the corner, anything relating to disguises is fair game, too.
We’re looking for submissions of all sorts: short plays, poetry, nonfiction– and fiction automatically fits the theme.
The series will take place on:
Wednesday, October 24th
7:00 PM
La Paloma Sabanera
405 Capital Ave
Hartford, CT 06103
Submit to: syllableseries@gmail.com.
See you then!
